I'd also if NU is going to 1-1 on their Indiana away trip I like our chances at Purdue more than at IU.Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16817772081769599211noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5021578752366551149.post-68565653045189031372012-02-10T19:40:29.292-06:002012-02-10T19:40:29.292-06:00This is a tough game, but it's gettable.
All ...This is a tough game, but it's gettable.

All this Purdue team has is toughness and hustle. I love me some Robbie Hummel. But without JJ and E'TM, it's an offensively challenged team.

For me, it's going to be about the refs. If the 'Cats can run their cutters hard, and we actually get calls because they're bumping us, then we've got a shot.

But if they "let 'em play," this won't bode well, because we're not going to get anything going underneath, and they'll smother our shooters. Crawford and Shurna should be able to get some wiggle inside, and Hearn might be tough enough to endure the pounding. And even if we do get calls, we gotta shoot way better than 70% from the stripe because every possession is going to count.

On the other side of it, will we stay with the kraken? I almost imagine that we would go "switching man" since they're not bigger than us.macarthur31https://www.blogger.com/profile/03948709454193554321noreply@blogger.com
